All banners, flags, and printed products are considered custom. Custom products are non-refundable. Any malfunction of hardware products should be addressed by calling (949) 713-5020. Customers will have 3 months from delivery date to inspect hardware of any defects. After the 3 month period, any malfunction or defect shall be the responsibility of the end user. When placing an order with BannerPros.com the customer agrees to the terms or our limited liability, and return and refund policies. BannerPros.com limit of liability is the purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. The customer agrees to hold BannerPros.com & Avid Digital harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. Avid Digital does not refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges of products. Avid Digital is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, mis or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of Avid Digital's control. A stand or banner may be either refunded or repaired at Avid Digital's discretion, if it is within the return policy time frame. Fabric graphics and flags used for outdoor purposes should be stored during inclement weather including but not limited to snow, rain, and extreme wind. Any damage caused by the aforementioned conditions will be the responsibility of the consumer.
